Nahedi Taherbubak Shaibi, 25, of Ceres, was arrested Saturday evening for driving while under the influence after he struck a sign in the parking lot of Mister Car Wash at 1740 E. Hatch Rd.

The crash occurred at 11:41 p.m.

Officer Brian Chandler noticed that Shaibi was showing signs of being impaired by alcohol and conducted a DUI investigation, which the driver failed.
