DUI arrest made on Mitchell Road

An alert citizen's 911 call about a driver erratically weaving in and out of Mitchell Road traffic led to a DUI arrest on Saturday evening.

The officer spotted the weaving car at 11:02 p.m. and pulled over Heriberto Medina Monrroy, 25, of Modesto, in the 1100 block of Mitchell Road. Monrroy appeared intoxicated and had no valid driver's license. He was arrested and booked for DUI.
