Marcos Bejaran, 41, of Ceres, was arrested and booked for DUI after a Ceres Police officer saw him come to a complete stop at a green light and then continue on while swerving back and forth between lanes of traffic.

Officer Jessica Graham spotted Bejaran’s erratic driving at 11:18 p.m. on Thursday, May 23 at Mitchell and Roeding roads. She pulled over Bejaran and found that he was intoxicated and on parole. He was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center and was placed on a parole hold.
