A loss prevention officer at Home Depot was onto the actions of Bobby Loveday, 41, of Modesto, who was seen shoplifting on Thursday afternoon. At 2:25 p.m. he was confronted and police arrested him for shoplifting and possession of possession of methamphetamine.
