Citizens who reported two suspicious acting men in the area of Lunar and Fowler may be happy to know they helped aid in the arrest of a suspect who possessed crystal methamphetamine.
At 12:45 a.m. on Friday, police were tipped off and responded. An officer found only one man matching the description - Ronald Marcos, 54, who by then was walking in front of Ceres Fire Station 4 on Fowler Road. The officer saw Marcos throw something onto the lawn of fire station before throwing his hands in the air and stating, "What the f--- did I do?" The officer retrieved the bag and booked Marcos on charges of possession of narcotics.
