Despite being unscathed after being ejected in an early Saturday crash, Brittany Helgerson, 22, of Modesto faces DUI charges.

The crash occurred at 2:26 a.m. at Railroad and Central Avenues. An officer found a 2013 Nissan Sentra that had rolled over. A witness pointing out, who was intoxicated, as the driver. Police said Helgerson could not perform a field sobriety test due to her level of intoxication.

Her female passenger  appeared to be drunk and didn’t appear to be injured but was checked out at  the hospital.
