When Officer Kao Saechao checked on the parking lot of the abandoned In Shape City gym where owners have complained about people living in vehicles and dumping trash, he discovered occupants of the car who possessed drugs.

At 9:07 a.m. on Tuesday morning, June 8 Officer Saechao approached a gray Dodge Charger which was occupied by people. The passenger placed something in a clear box and placed the box on the dash which he could see contained drug paraphernalia. A search was conducted, and an amount of suspected methamphetamine was discovered, an amount larger than used for personal use. Officer Saechao arrested the driver Cesar Osorio-Cabrales, 24, of Ceres, and booked him into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of illegal drugs for sale.
