A Walmart store loss prevention officer said he saw Richard Eugene Rheuby, 59, take a computer hard drive from the shelf and place it inside his waistband and walk out the store, ignoring store security calls to stop.
At approximately 7 p.m. on Sunday police arrived and found Rheuby on a bicycle in the parking lot. He was stopped and admitted taking the item. Police also found eight hypodermic needles in a container inside his pocket.
Rheuby was arrested and charged with possession of hypodermic syringes, and felony commercial burglary.
