A 36-year-old Ceres man who was on probation was back behind bars for new charges that he was selling drugs.
Early Tuesday, May 11, Officer Jonathan Blount stopped a Chevy pickup with equipment violations which was driven by Ivan Serrano, 36, of Ceres. Officer learned in the 12:16 a.m. traffic stop that Serrano could be searched for illegal items without a warrant because of his probation status.
