A surveillance video shot from a house showed two heavyset men described as Latinos, who stole a catalytic converter from a Dodge Ram pickup parked in the 3400 block of Moonview Drive on May 5. Now police are hoping the public can lead to their identity and arrest.

The tape shows a silver or gray late model Honda Civic pulling up to the neighborhood at 10:11 a.m. One man served as a lookout while the two others slide off and remove the emissions equipment.

The men face charges of grand theft if captured.
