Ceres Police flushed a man out of his mother's Darrah Street apartment unit on Mother's Day, May 10, a day after he was seen brandishing a firearm and wanted for arrest.

At 9:37 p.m., police were tipped off that Primo Gratton, 31, of Ceres, was at the apartment complex at 1940 Darrah Street. Officers surrounded apartment #3, and used a bullhorn to call out the occupants. Within five minutes the mother and her boyfriend came out and confirmed Gratton was inside.

He eventually surrendered without incident and was arrested and charged with brandishing a firearm.
