Henry Barrios, 18, of Modesto, was arrested and booked for being in possession of a prescription without a prescription, after he was stopped on Dec. 2 for driving without headlights in Ceres.

At 9:02 p.m. Officer Krandall Vandagriff stopped Barrios' car at the intersection of Herndon and Evans Road and detected an odor of marijuana in the vehicle. Vandagriff searched the car and found Barrios was in possession of 17 Xanax bars which were not prescribed to him.
