A Friday evening check behind the building that once was Jenny's Restaurant at 1515 Herndon Road resulted in the discovery and arrest of a woman doing drugs.

At 8:11 p.m. Sergeant Joe Wren was patrolling around the building when he spotted Celeste Miller, 47, holding tin foil and lighter inhaling fumes. She was reportedly startled to see the Sgt. Wren and admitted that she was smoking heroin.

Miller was booked for possession of a controlled substance.
