A woman who was reported using narcotics in front of the Wing Stop in the 1500 block of Mitchell Road on Wednesday morning, July 7 was arrested on drug charges.

At 10:31 a.m., Officer Brian Chandler found Jennica Dinnell, 35, of Modesto in front of the restaurant. She not only had an outstanding warrant for her arrest but she was found with suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia. Dinnel was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
