Ceres Rotary Club honored Central Valley High School senior Rasmey Sek as its "Student of the Month at its Sept. 30 meeting.

Rasmey is carrying a 4.5 GPA and taking four Advanced Placement (AP) classes. He is also a member of the CVHS band, president of NHS, treasurer of PHAST, a member of Interact and CSF. Rasmey volunteers his time to tutor a Beaver Elementary student two days a week and also does community service with his temple in Modesto.
