The Ceres Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its 48th annual Community Awards Dinner set for Friday, Jan. 27.
The event will start at 6 p.m. at the Ceres Community Center, 2701 Fourth Street.

Since 1968, the Chamber has recognized residents and business owners who have made contributions in community service.

Tickets are $40 per person. Sponsorship tables seating eight also may be purchased for $350 and includes complimentary wine and sponsor recognition during the event.

The event will feature an auction of trips, art work and autographed sports memorabilia.

The annual banquet will also call for installation of new Chamber officers: Herman Bhatti, Stephanie Caraveo, Jason Chapman, Kristina Luna and Brandy Meyer.
