Arrangements have been handled for Ben Joe Rose, 64, of south Modesto. He died May 6, 2012.
Born Feb. 24, 1948 in Modesto, Mr. Rose was a lifelong resident of the Ceres area. He was a welder by occupation. Ben enjoyed fishing, playing piano, music and flying model airplanes.
He leaves behind his wife, Barbara Rose of Ceres; his daughter, Valerie Rose; and three brothers, Tony R. Rose of Angels Camp, Ronald G. Rose of Modesto and Richard D. Rose of Waterford. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tony B. Rose and Beulah M. Rose.
