A funeral was held Tuesday at Lakewood Funeral Home for Betty Jo Burnett Ford, 76, of Hughson. She died Thursday, April 14, 2005 at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.
Burial was at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Born Aug. 21, 1928, Mrs. Ford was a native of Texas and lived in Hughson for 70 years, and previously in Modesto. She was a real estate agent. Mrs. Ford enjoyed playing bingo and gardening.
She leaves beind her husband, Carl Ford of Hughson; three children, Sandra Ford of Modesto, Barbara Baker of Oakdale and Ed Ford of Morada; two sisters, Tommy Crawford of Lincoln, Neb., and Louise Rooker of Covelo; and six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister.
