A service will be held at Community Baptist Church in Waterford for Billy Gene Miller Jr., 27, of Ceres. He died May 14, 2010 in Waterford.

Born August 3, 1982, Bill grew up in Hickman.

He was survived by his two children, Billy Miller III and Hailey Miller; his father, Billy Miller Sr.; and his grandmother Gloria Gore.
