Services were held for Clarence "Papa" Jones, 88. He died Oct. 8, 2011.
Born Sept. 21, 1923, Clarence was a resident of the area.
He leaves behind his wife, Betty Lou Jones; five children, Sandra Watson of Ceres, Cheri Anderson of Nevada, Cindy Ford of Fort Jones, Sheila Hendricks of Modesto and Shane Case of Ceres; and 13 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two grandchildren Wesley Jones and Shannon Case.
