A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Ceres Memorial Park for Claudia Darlene Cummings Lee, 78, of Ceres. She died Friday, May 27, 2005 at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Ceres Chapel of Franklin & Downs.
Born April 29, 1927, Mrs. Lee was a native of Wilson, Okla., and lived in Ceres since 1974 and previously lived in Modesto from 1935-74. Mrs. Lee was a homemaker. She enjoyed her home and family.
She leaves behind her husband, Robert B. Lee of Ceres; two children, Linda Areias of Newman and Joyce Fuller and Darvis Lee, both of Sonora; her brother, Bill Cummings of Idaho; two sisters, Trecia Thorton of Turlock and Berta Gray of Lincoln; and 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Carolyn Martin.
