A memorial service was held Saturday at First United Pentecostal Church in Riverbank for Elisa Noriega Devine, 38, of Ceres. She died August 28, 2008 with her husband and family by her side.
Allen Mortuary was in charge of a graveside service on Monday at Patterson District Cemetery.
Born in Calexico to Juan and Carmen Banda, Elisa moved to Riverbank in 1975, where she graduated from high school in 1989. Soon after that, she met the love of her life, her husband Daniel. They married in May of 1998 and recently celebrated their tenth anniversary. Anyone who came in contact with Elisa was truly blessed.
Elisa is survived by her husband Daniel of Ceres.
