A funeral service was held Thursday at Ceres Christian Church for Jeri Russo, 73, of Ceres. She died April 27, 2008.
Born Sept. 15, 1934, Mrs. Russo lived in Ceres and Modesto area for 50 years. She loved animals and gardening and was known for her sense of humor and compassion.
She leaves behind four children, Pamela Jaskela, Tina Russo, Nicholas Russo and Mike Russo; and six grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
