A Mass was held Friday morning at St. Jude's Catholic Church for Josie Robles, 79, of Ceres. She died Monday, Feb. 16, 2004 at Memorial Medical Center.
Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel was in charge of burial at Ceres Memorial Park.
Born April 4, 1924, Mrs. Robles was a native of San Antonio, Texas, and lived in Ceres for 34 years. She was a line worker for 15 years and had worked for John Ingles Frozen Foods. Mrs. Robles was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church in Ceres. She enjoyed music and dancing.
Mrs. Robles leaves behind her son, Jesse Mendoza of Ceres; her sister, Angie Muro of San Antonio; and four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Castullo Mendoza.
