A memorial service was held Saturday at Trinity United Presbyterian Church for Marian E. Storer, 91, of Turlock. She died Jan. 30, 2005 at Emanuel Medical Center.
The Colonial Chapel of Franklin & Downs was in charge of arrangements.
Born Jan. 1, 1914, Ms. Storer was a native and lifelong resident of Turlock. She was a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, and was a junior high school teacher for the Hughson School District for 28 years. Mrs. Storer was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church, Modesto. She was honored by the Hughson Historical Society in 2003. She enjoyed cooking and watching football.
Mrs. Storer leaves behind her two sisters, Doris A. Storer and Carol M. Storer, both of Turlock.
