A funeral was held Friday at the Ceres Chapel of Franklin & Downs for Patsy Jo "Pat" Azevedo, of Ceres. She died September 25, 2010.
A graveside service was held at Lakewood Memorial Park. A gathering took place at Grace Community Christian Church afterwards.
Pat was retired from California Vegetable Concentrate where she worked for 45 years as a supervisor. She loved spending time at the ocean and traveling and took a number of cruises with her husband. Mrs. Azevedo also loved fishing in lakes.
She leaves behind her husband of nearly 51 years, Andy Azevedo Sr. of Ceres; her son Andy Azevedo Jr.; her brother, Bob Martin of Sedro Wooley, Wash; her sister, Nina Smith of Lompoc; and four grandchildren, Christopher Azevedo, Candice Azevedo, Cameron Azevedo and Savannah Meyer. She was preceded in death by her parents Ezra "Bud" and Mary Martin.
