Private services will be held for Walter Gene Turnbow, 48, of Oakdale. He died recently.
Allen Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
Born in August, 1961 in Korea to Eugene and Mary Turnbow, Walter was raised in Oakdale and graduated from Oakdale High School in 1979. Hhe worked as a mechanic and later as an electrician for Blake Electric in Modesto. Mr. Turnbow enjoyed motorcycles and dirt bikes.
He leaves behind his mother, Mary Turnbow of Oakdale; his daughter, Brittany Turnbow of Ceres; his brother, Wayne Turnbow; and girlfriend Georgia Webster.
