A chapel service was held Monday at Lakewood Funeral Home for Xavier Collier Jorgensen-Rose, four months, of Oakdale. He died Saturday, Nov. 26, 2005 at Oak Valley District Hospital.
Burial was at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Born July 11, 2005, the baby is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jamie Jorgensen and Darrin Braaten of Oakdale; his father and stepmother, Kevin Rose and Natalie Rose of Santa Cruz; his brother, Damien Howard of Modesto; his stepbrother, Mitchell Braaten of Ceres; two stepsisters, Kayla Braaten and Kimberly Braaten, both of Ceres; his grandparents, Jeanne L. Gomes, Jerome Jorgensen and Lisa Jorgensen, Georgiann Rose, and David Rose and Phyllis Rose; and great-grandparents, Valeria "Memaw" Davis, Melvin Loureiro and Frances Loureiro.
