A Mass was held Monday at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Ceres for Yesenia Angulo, 13, of South Modesto. She died Sunday, July 31, 2005 at her home.
Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel was in charge of burial at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery in Modesto.
Born Jan. 30, 1992, Miss Angulo was a native and lifelong resident of South Modesto. She was a seventh-grader at Hanshaw Middle School. Yesenia was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church.
She leaves behind her parents, Gustavo and Guadalupe Angulo of Modesto; two brothers, Fredy Angulo and Franky Angulo, both of Modesto; two sisters, Claudia Angulo and Jennifer Angulo, both of Modesto; and her grandparents, Felipe Angulo and Rosario Caro, both of Sinaloa, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Rafael Olivas and Josefina Angulo.
