Backing Jack Mobley for 21st state Assembly seat
a-letter-envelope-5

Editor, Ceres Courier,

It is clear that we are in need of two qualities in the state Legislature. One is simply integrity. We have seen a number of legislators in trouble with the law recently, for everything from drunk driving to gun running and bribery. This is a growing trend, and it is not acceptable.

The other need is to send more people to the Assembly and Senate who have a business background. More and more, the people who are running and getting elected have no work experience other than having served as political staffers. That is why we are being burdened with excessive taxes and job killing over regulation. The result is twofold. Businesses (such as Tesla) choose not to locate here, and existing businesses are fleeing to other states.

I am supporting Jack Mobley for state Assembly in the 21st district, because he is a man of impeccable integrity, and has a quarter century of successful local business experience. He's been in business for over 25 years, and has employed over 2,500 employees during that timeframe.

Jack Mobley is a citizen politician in the mold of Ronald Reagan. He serves his community as a civic leader, and he has served his country in the U.S. Air Force, including deployment in Kosovo and Iraq.

Jack Mobley was also pressing for more water development long before our drought became a crisis.

It isn't too late to begin turning this state around, and the way we do it is to send people like Jack Mobley to Sacramento.
