With Democrats wanting to use immigration as an election year issue and so many different factions of the Republican Party in the House it was always a long-shot immigration reform would pass. That didn’t stop Jeff Denham from acting on his convictions regarding immigration reform. He forced Congress you actually address and discuss this issue that is so important to average Americans. He looked only for comprehensive solutions that would address border security, ending family separations and allow protection for DREAMers. I admire his courage and am confident with him in office we can solve this issue.
