Encourage shopping by providing rides to poor

Regarding your article, "Lots must change if Ceres wants to attract business, young professionals."

If Ceres wants to bolster the economy then they need to squeeze more money out of the locals. How do you get more money out of the poor? 1) Give them a ride. If peeps are mobile they will spend more. How about a Ceres dedicated public transport that extends down Mitchell, up Hatch, Whitmore, and into downtown? That should encourage shopping and economic growth. If peeps don't have to worry about gas they spend more on food and drink.
