It’s time to be civil again
Letters to Editor.jpg

Editor, Ceres Courier,

It is a breath of fresh air to read the Ceres Courier. The Modesto Bee is a very biased Democratic newspaper.

The world today has lost respect for fellow man. We can agree to disagree and still not spit on people, literally and in word. Why do we have to get in someone’s face? All lives matter!

Thank God Hillary Clinton was not elected president. I did not vote for Obama (not because he was black) but I respected his office and prayed for him. He was not a good president.

The problem is we have allowed God to be taken out of everything. We are tearing each other apart. The Democratic Party is not what it used to be. Abortion, same-sex marriage, etc., is against God’s laws. Psalams 24:1 says the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness there of, the world and they that dwell therein. Disobedience brings consequences and America will be destroyed within.

It is time to turn our hearts toward Him, love thy neighbor as thyself. We are so divided today, like in the Civil War days.

Be tolerant of other beliefs, live in peace, agree to disagree.

Carolyn Taylor,

Ceres
