Officers checked out a Monday evening report of a man illegally dumping a trailer of tree branches and debris led to his arrest for that as well as being a convicted sex offender who failed to keep current in registering his location with police.

At 3:18 p.m. Officer George Woodward was dispatched for possible illegal trash dump on Primrose Lane. He found Jonathan Loboto, 46, of Modesto, unloading a trailer full of tree debris onto the roadway and was found to be an out-of-compliant sex offender and registrant. He was arrested and booked.
