A 29-year-old Empire man was arrested after he crashed into another car allegedly while intoxicated Sunday evening.
Ceres Police were dispatched to the crash near Hatch and Mitchell roads at 10:10 p.m., and were advised that both parties were waiting in the parking lot of the Jack in the Box restaurant. Officers contacted driver Juan Alberto Torres Rodriguez who was displaying signs of being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
