Ceres Police Officer Kevin Gallenkamp patrolled the 3900 block of Mitchell Road Monday morning and ended up catching a man wanted on a felony arrest warrant related to theft.

Manual Gonzales, 37, of Ceres was also on probation for theft.

Officer Gallenkamp spotted Gonzales loitering near businesses which were closed at 4:11 a.m.

Once the warrant was confirmed, Officer Gallenkamp took Gonzales on a ride to the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center where he was booked.
