Country superstar LeAnn Rimes will be opening for the 2017 Stanislaus County Fair.

LeAnn Rimes will be performing Friday, July 14 at the Stanislaus County Fair on the Bud Light Variety Free Stage. The concert will be hosted by KAT Country 103 and will begin at 8:30 p.m. The concert is free with the price of fair admission.

LeAnn Rimes is an internationally acclaimed singer and American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) award-winning songwriter. She recently signed a worldwide deal with Radio Corporation of America (RCA) UK who just released her 16th studio album, "Remnants," on October 28, 2016. The first single, "The Story," was released in the UK summer of 2016. Globally, she has sold more than 44 million units, won two Grammy® Awards; 12 Billboard Music Awards; two World Music Awards; three Academy of Country Music Awards; one Country Music Association Award and one Dove Award.

At 14, Rimes won "Best New Artist" making her the youngest recipient of a Grammy Award. Her debut album "Blue," celebrates the 20th anniversary of its release this year. Out of the 42 singles she has released throughout her expansive career, LeAnn's song "How Do I Live," ranks #4 on Billboard's "Greatest of All Time: Hot 100 Songs," and it holds the record for being the second longest charting song ever on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The County Fair opens Friday, July 14 for a 10-day run. Fair guests can count on an award-winning experience that has been over 106 years in the making.
