The Color Me Rad 5K fun run held at John Thurman Field in Modesto Sunday morning pulled a number of Ceres participants for a charitable cause.

Funds raised will go to Special Olympics.

Participants ran or walked the 3.1-mile course in nearby Modesto Municipal Golf Course and were color bombed or blasted with multi-colored corn starch type powders.
