A Mass of Christian burial was held Friday at St. Jude Thaddeus Church in Livingston for Ana Maria, 39. The former Hughson resident died unexpectedly at Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto.

Burial was at Winton District Cemetery.

Born Feb. 25, 1972 to Alfonso and Beatriz Zamora in Tumbiscatio, Michoacan, Mexico, Ana was a 1989 graduate of Hughson High School. She graduated from Chico State University in 2002 and was employed at Sysco Food Services in Sacramento as director of multi-unit sales. Mrs. Zamora enjoyed movies, traveling, music and dancing, craft making and being with her family, especially spending time with nieces and nephews, loved to travel, loved music and dancing. She was known for her witty sense of humor, generosity, kindness, compassion and zest for life.

She leaves behind her parents, Alfonso and Beatriz Zamora of Livingston; her brothers Armando Zamora of Stockton, and Alfonso Zamora; her sisters, Nellie Espinoza of Ceres, Beatriz Ramirez of Livingston, and Maria De Jesus Zamora of Modesto.
