A funeral service was held Saturday morning at the Davis Park Church of Christ for Bonnie Joyce Brocco, 72, of Ceres. She died Sunday, May 30, 2004 at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
Burial was at Ceres Memorial Park under the direction of Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel.
Born Dec. 24, 1931, Mrs. Brocco was a native of Atwood, Okla., and moved to Ceres in 1958. She was a homemaker and employed by Tri Valley Growers for 30 years. Mrs. Brocco was a member of the Davis Park Church of Christ in Modesto, and Modesto Business Girls. She enjoyed cooking and travel.
Mrs. Brocco leaves behind her husband, Joseph S. Brocco of Ceres; three children, Ben Brocco, Irice Milligan and Susan Kissee, all of Modesto; her sister, Margaret Lankford of Modesto; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
