A Rosary/Mass was held Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Patterson for Clarence Lewis Rodrick, 78, of Patterson. The Keyes native died April 23, 2008 at his home.

Interment was at Patterson District Cemetery under the direction of Hillview Funeral Chapel in Patterson.

Born Aug. 25, 1929, Mr. Rodrick was a native of Keyes and was a resident of Patterson for 51 years. He graduated from Turlock High School Class of 1947 and was a farmer and a car salesman at Thompson Chevrolet for 55 years. Mr. Rodrick was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Patterson Lions Club and a retired volunteer fireman who served the Patterson Fire Department for 20 years.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 57 years, Gladys Rodrick of Patterson; his children, Dan Rodrick of Ripon, Tami Yamaichi of Westley, Terri Marci of Patterson, and Linda Porr of Irvine; his brother, Tony Rodrick of Lodi; his sister, Olivia Moniz of Hayward; and five grandchildren, Kris Rodrick of Madera, Kevin Rodrick of Modesto, Bobby Yamaichi of Westley, Kaitlyn Marci of Patterson and Emily Porr of Irvine.
