Arrangements were made for Franklin Dennis Bell, 48, formerly of Ceres. He died June 24, 2008.
Born Sept. 18, 1959, Mr. Bell lived in Ceres for 17 years. He was described as a happy person who liked to laugh a lot. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
He leaves behind his wife, Linda of Portland, Ore., his mother, Doris Crane, of Tucson, Ariz.; three brothers, Patrick A. Bell of Fairfield, and Mike Bell and Randy Bell, both of Tucson, Ariz.; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father in 1979.
