A private memorial service will be held in the near future for James Glen Adams, 50, of Chowchilla. The former resident of Ceres and Modesto died Feb. 11, 2012.
Born Oct. 9, 1961 in Madera, James resided most of his life in Modesto and Ceres. He spent the last six years living in Chowchilla. James was always known to have a loving and generous spirit.
He leaves behind by his wife, Sharon Adams; his children, James D. Adams, Robert D. Dinwiddie and Monica Toliver; his father, David Adams; his mother, Linda Adams; his stepfather, James Whittaker; his brothers, Donald Adams, Bob Whittaker. David Adams Jr., Kenny Adams and Charles Adams; four sisters, Shellie Brown, Shona Taylor, Tonya Adams and April Adams; and three granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and brother John Whittaker.
