A graveside service was held Thursday at Ceres Memorial Park for Stella Ruthene Williams Dixon, 61, of Ceres. She died of natural causes on Monday, May 2, 2005 at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.
The Colonial Chapel of Franklin & Downs was in charge of arrangements.
Born Sept. 1, 1943, Mrs. Dixon was a native of Blooming Rose, Mo., and lived in Ceres for five years. She was a homemaker.
She leaves behind four children, Penny Wahl, Richard Dixon Jr. and Gregory Dixon, all of Ceres, and Tina Dixon of Bakersfield; her mother, Vena Sneed of Ceres; her brother, James Williams Sr. of Ceres; her sister, Mary L. Williams of Ceres; and three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
