Editor, Ceres Courier,

Perhaps the efforts of our city could be better directed at the trash and litter of our streets, parks, and neighborhoods. There is not an attractive entrance into the city of Ceres, but you will be welcomed by trash and litter.
In my opinion a nicely placed sign would be a great improvement!
