The Ceres Dolphins enjoyed a successful start to the 2012 season.
The recreational swim team won its MVSL tri-meet opener on May 19 at Oakdale High School.
Ceres racked up 1,417 points while sweeping both the Oakdale Gators (674) and Modesto-Stanislaus Sharks (287).
"It's a good way to start the season," Dolphins head coach Tracy Bull said. "We really took it to them. We dominated every age group."
