A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. today (Wednesday) at the First Southern Baptist Church, 116 E Street, in Waterford for Arlene Hinkle, 71, of Ceres. She died Dec. 22, 2007 at her home.
Born Nov. 21, 1936, Mrs. Hinkle was born with twin sister, Marlene in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Beulah and Homer Renfro. She attended school in Riverbank and graduated from Oakdale High School. Mrs. Hinkle worked and retired from Hershey's Chocolate Plant in Oakdale.
She leaves behind her husband, Albert Hinkle of Ceres; her three daughters, Sandra Carr of Sterling, Ill., Colleen Young of Jacksonville, Fla., and Anndee Kerr of Ceres; and by stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
