Stratford Evans Merced Chapel was in charge of cremation for Charlene Largent McHugh, 51, of Merced. He died July 23, 2004.
Born Aug. 3, 1952, Mrs. McHugh was a native of Oakdale and had lived in Merced for two years and previously lived in Oakdale, where she worked at Con Agra for 20 years.
She leaves behind her husband, Allen McHugh of Merced; four children, Terry Reed Jr. of Merced, Laura Hernandez of Modesto, and Wendy Reed and Amy Reed, both of Ceres; her father and stepmother, Charles and Marilyn Largent of Oakdale; two sisters, Kathy Burch and Susie Cogburn, both of Oakdale; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Aubra Largent.
