Luis Coronel books Fair act for July 17
• Act is sure to draw big Latino audience

Luis Coronel has signed up to perform a July 17 show at the Stanislaus County Fair in Turlock.

The Stanislaus County Fair has signed up “Male Artist of the Year” Luis Coronel to perform on Sunday, July 17, at the  Coors Light Stage at 8:30 p.m. The concert will be hosted by Radio Lobo 98.7 and is free with admission. 

“Luis Coronel is a fan favorite, rising to fame at such a young age. You can’t help but respect and love his journey to stardom,” said Jose Pina, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair.

Coronel is one of the most renowned young artists of the Mexican Regional genre in the U.S. and Mexico.

With a career that began in 2013 through his social networks, the artist from Tucson, Arizona, conquered the charts of popularity and sales through the continent, remaining in the heart of thousands of fans.

 His concerts are sold out and he has been recognized by the entertainment industry numerous times by Latin Billboard Music Awards, Premios de la Radio, Premios Juventud, Premios de la Calle and Latin American Music Awards.

Luis has made successful collaborations with music figures such as: Farruko, Play-N-Skills, Leslie Grace, Becky G, Los Recoditos y Los Angeles Azules, among others.

A great opportunity in his career is his participation in Estrella TV’s reality TV series “Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento” in which he participated as a judge and later as the host in recent seasons.

In October, Coronel released a new single “Dios No Se Equivoca,” a song with which he opts for the purest romanticism, an unpublished song with an elegant and spectacular arrangement by a Sinaloan band.

His next song “Cuando Hay Amor” was released on February 11, an original song by Omar Tarazón and performed by Luis with great feeling.

His latest song titled “Dentro de Mis Ojos” was released in April 22, which the artist has defined as “the most personal song” so far.


Fair books Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Bradbery

The Stanislaus County Fair in Turlock will welcome Grammy award R&B hip hop artist Bone Thugs-N-Harmony to the Coors Light Stage at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 14. The Xfinity Mobile Concert Series event will be hosted by KWIN 97.7, 98.3 and is free with the price of Fair admission.

The Fair has also booked “The Voice” winner “Danielle Bradbery”on Friday, July 15 at 8:30 p.m. The concert will be hosted by Kat Country 103.3 and is free with the price of Fair admission.

“If you heard the song “Tha Crossroads” you couldn’t help but feel the vibes and sing along to catchy lyrics! said Jose Pina, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair. “We are looking forward to having Bone Thugs -N- Harmony with us this year a true R&B Hip Hop Original.”

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony (formerly B.O.N.E. Enterprises) is a hip hop group consisting of rappers Bizzy Bone, Wish Bone, Layzie Bone, Krayzie Bone, and Flesh-n-Bone. The group was signed to Ruthless Records in late 1993, when they debuted with their EP Creepin on ah Come Up. The EP included their breakout hit single “Thuggish Ruggish Bone.”

“This is an amazing opportunity to be able to host Danielle Bradbery,” said Pina. “Watching her on TV and following her story episode after episode and hoping she would win. You just could not help but fall in love with her music.”

Bradbery has come a long way since starting her career at 16 during Season 4 winner of The Voice. The Texas native has honed her skills and defined her sound while pouring her heart into lyric – earning multiple award nominations and touring across the globe with some of the biggest stars in country music along the way. Facing the challenges brought on by the pandemic head on, Bradbery spent her time creating music she loves, infusing her own heartfelt and personal stories into songs like “Never Have I Ever” and “Girls In My Hometown.” As she prepares to embark on an exciting new chapter, she has released “In Between: The Collection”  (on Big Machine Records) featuring 10 tracks representing the different chapters in her musical journey, including brand new tracks “Look At The Mess I’m In,” and “Stop Draggin’ Your Boots” as well as the heart-wrenching “Break My Heart Again.” 

The 2022 Stanislaus County Fair opens Friday, July 8 for a 10-day run. Fair admission tickets, unlimited ride wristbands, and the Fair season pass are now available online for purchase. Corporate ticket sales will also be available to purchase at a discounted rate.
