Funeral services were held on Oct. 17 at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel in Memphis, Tenn., for Alice J. "Teddie" House, 66, of Memphis. The former Hughson resident died Oct. 13, 2008 in Memphis, Tenn.
Born Oct. 17, 1941, Mrs. House was a registered nurse and a member of Forest Hill Church of Christ. She lived in Hughson before moving to Tennessee.
Mrs. House leaves behind her husband, H. C. House of Memphis, Tenn.; two daughters, Kellie Figueiredo of Modesto, and MaryAnne Howard of Olive Branch, Miss.; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son Mark Aaron.
